Can DreamFlow actually replace HubSpot, Mailchimp, and my other tools?

Yes. DreamFlow includes CRM, email marketing, SMS campaigns, VoIP calling, proposals with e-signatures, invoicing, automations, live chat, calendar booking, forms, reporting, and an AI assistant — all in one platform. Most customers replace 4-8 separate tools. Everything is built-in, not stitched together with integrations.

How do I move my data from my current CRM?

We connect directly to HubSpot, GoHighLevel, and ActiveCampaign, and import a CSV export from anything else (Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Mailchimp). Scale and Agency plans include guided migration support — we'll help you move contacts, deals, templates, and history. Most migrations take less than a day.

Are there contracts or hidden fees?

No contracts — cancel anytime from your billing settings. No hidden usage fees either. Every plan includes email, SMS, and calling credits upfront. If you hit a limit, usage pauses and you choose whether to add a credit pack or upgrade. Nothing ever charges automatically without your explicit consent.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, meaning each organization's data is completely isolated. We never sell or share your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade instantly and get prorated credit for your current billing period. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current period. No penalties, no hoops.

What can Sally, the AI assistant, actually do?

Sally handles chat auto-replies, call transcription, email writing, proposal generation, lead scoring, form spam detection, and daily business briefings. Background AI (transcription, scoring, spam detection) runs automatically at no cost. On-demand generation (writing emails, creating proposals) uses AI credits included in your plan.

I run an agency. Can my clients each have their own workspace?

Yes. The Agency plan ($499/mo) includes 10 sub-accounts with full white-label support — your brand, your domain, your colors. Each client gets their own isolated workspace. You can manage them all from one dashboard and resell at your own prices.

Import Contacts from CSV - DreamFlow Help

The CSV import tool lets you bring in hundreds or thousands of contacts from a spreadsheet. DreamFlow auto-detects common column names, deduplicates by email, and lets you roll back the import within 24 hours if something goes wrong.

Steps

Go to CRM > Contacts and click Import.
Drag and drop your CSV file or click Browse to select it. Supported: .csv files up to 10 MB.
DreamFlow reads your column headers and auto-maps them to fields (e.g., “Name” → Full Name, “Email Address” → Email).
Review the Field Mapping screen. Adjust any incorrect mappings using the dropdowns. Unmapped columns are skipped.
Choose how to handle Duplicates:
- Skip duplicates — existing contacts with the same email are left unchanged.
- Update duplicates — existing contacts are updated with the new data.
Click Start Import. A progress bar shows the import status.
When complete, review the Import Summary: total rows, created, updated, skipped, and errors.

Tip

Before importing, make sure your CSV has a header row. DreamFlow uses headers for auto-mapping. Files without headers will require fully manual column mapping.

Rollback

Made a mistake? Go to CRM > Contacts > Import History and click Undo Import within 24 hours. All contacts from that batch will be removed.
