If DreamFlow feels slow or pages take a long time to load, try these steps to improve performance.
Common Causes
- Browser cache bloated -- Accumulated cache data can slow down web applications.
- Browser extensions conflicting -- Ad blockers, privacy extensions, or devtools extensions can slow down page rendering.
- Large dataset loading -- Workspaces with thousands of contacts or deals may take longer to load list views.
- Slow internet connection -- DreamFlow requires a stable connection for real-time features.
- Outdated browser -- Older browsers lack performance optimizations for modern web apps.
How to Fix
1. Clear browser cache
- Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data > select "Cached images and files" > Clear data.
- Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data > Clear Data.
- Safari: Develop > Empty Caches (enable Develop menu in Preferences > Advanced first).
- Reload DreamFlow after clearing the cache.
2. Disable browser extensions
- Open DreamFlow in an incognito/private window (most extensions are disabled by default).
- If DreamFlow loads faster, one of your extensions is the cause.
- Disable extensions one at a time to find the culprit.
3. Use pagination and filters
If you have large lists of contacts, deals, or activities:
- Use the search bar and filters to narrow results instead of scrolling through everything.
- DreamFlow paginates large lists automatically, but applying filters reduces the data loaded per page.
4. Check your internet connection
- Run a speed test at fast.com.
- DreamFlow works best with 5+ Mbps download speed.
- Real-time features (chat, notifications) use WebSocket connections that require stable connectivity.
5. Update your browser
Always use the latest version of your browser. DreamFlow is built with modern web technologies that perform best on current browsers.
Tip
Bookmark DreamFlow directly (app.dreamflowcrm.com/dashboard) rather than navigating through search engines. This avoids unnecessary redirects.
