Difficulty: All Levels | Time: 5 min | Tier: All Plans
If you cannot log in to DreamFlow or are experiencing session issues, follow these steps to regain access.
Common Causes
- Incorrect email address -- You may be using a different email than the one registered.
- OTP code expired -- DreamFlow uses passwordless login with a 6-digit code that expires after 5 minutes.
- Email not arriving -- The login code may be in your spam folder or blocked by your email provider.
- Session expired -- Your browser session may have timed out after inactivity.
- Multiple devices -- Session conflicts between devices.
How to Fix
1. Check your email address
Make sure you are entering the exact email address you used to create your DreamFlow account. Email addresses are case-insensitive, so capitalization does not matter.
2. OTP code not working
- Request a new code -- the old one expires after 5 minutes.
- Use the most recent code if you requested multiple (only the latest is valid).
- Copy-paste the code rather than typing it to avoid typos.
3. Login email not arriving
- Check your Spam/Junk folder.
- Add
noreply@dreamflowcrm.comto your email contacts or safe sender list. - If using a corporate email, ask your IT team to whitelist
dreamflowcrm.com. - Try again after 60 seconds -- there is a cooldown between OTP requests.
4. Session expired
DreamFlow sessions last 7 days by default. If your session expires:
- Go to dreamflowcrm.com/login.
- Enter your email and request a new OTP code.
- You will be returned to where you left off.
5. Multiple devices
DreamFlow supports being logged in on multiple devices simultaneously. If you are experiencing issues on one device, try logging in on another to verify your account is accessible.
Tip
If you consistently have trouble with login emails, try using a personal Gmail or Outlook address as your DreamFlow account email. Corporate email filters are the most common cause of missing OTP codes.
