DreamFlow includes built-in calling and SMS so you can reach contacts without leaving the platform. Start by provisioning a phone number for your workspace.
Steps
- Navigate to Settings > Phone & SMS.
- Click + Get a Number.
- Select your country (currently US and Canada).
- Enter your preferred area code (e.g., 801 for Utah).
- DreamFlow shows available numbers. Select the one you want.
- Click Provision Number. The number is active within 30 seconds.

Making Your First Call
- Open any contact record.
- Click the phone icon next to their phone number.
- The call connects through your browser — no separate phone app needed.
- Call recordings are automatically saved to the contact's activity timeline.
Sending SMS
- Open any contact record.
- Click the SMS icon or navigate to Communicate > SMS.
- Type your message and click Send.
- Replies from the contact appear in the same conversation thread.
Tip: Already have a business number? You can port it to DreamFlow instead of getting a new one. See Number Porting.
