Can DreamFlow actually replace HubSpot, Mailchimp, and my other tools?

Yes. DreamFlow includes CRM, email marketing, SMS campaigns, VoIP calling, proposals with e-signatures, invoicing, automations, live chat, calendar booking, forms, reporting, and an AI assistant — all in one platform. Most customers replace 4-8 separate tools. Everything is built-in, not stitched together with integrations.

How do I move my data from my current CRM?

We connect directly to HubSpot, GoHighLevel, and ActiveCampaign, and import a CSV export from anything else (Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Mailchimp). Scale and Agency plans include guided migration support — we'll help you move contacts, deals, templates, and history. Most migrations take less than a day.

Are there contracts or hidden fees?

No contracts — cancel anytime from your billing settings. No hidden usage fees either. Every plan includes email, SMS, and calling credits upfront. If you hit a limit, usage pauses and you choose whether to add a credit pack or upgrade. Nothing ever charges automatically without your explicit consent.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, meaning each organization's data is completely isolated. We never sell or share your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade instantly and get prorated credit for your current billing period. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current period. No penalties, no hoops.

What can Sally, the AI assistant, actually do?

Sally handles chat auto-replies, call transcription, email writing, proposal generation, lead scoring, form spam detection, and daily business briefings. Background AI (transcription, scoring, spam detection) runs automatically at no cost. On-demand generation (writing emails, creating proposals) uses AI credits included in your plan.

I run an agency. Can my clients each have their own workspace?

Yes. The Agency plan ($499/mo) includes 10 sub-accounts with full white-label support — your brand, your domain, your colors. Each client gets their own isolated workspace. You can manage them all from one dashboard and resell at your own prices.

What if DreamFlow doesn't work for me?

Number Porting - DreamFlow Help

If you already have a business phone number, you can transfer (port) it to DreamFlow. Your contacts keep calling the same number — it just rings inside DreamFlow now.

Before You Start

You must be the authorized account holder on the number.
The number must be active (not disconnected) with your current provider.
You will need your current provider's account number and PIN/password.

Steps

Navigate to Settings > Phone & SMS.
Click Port Existing Number.
Enter the phone number you want to port.
Fill in the Letter of Authorization (LOA) form:
- Your full legal name (as it appears on your phone account)
- Current provider name
- Account number with current provider
- Account PIN or password
- Billing address on the account
Sign the LOA electronically.
Click Submit Port Request.

Timeline

Mobile numbers: Typically 1-3 business days
Landline/VoIP numbers: Typically 5-10 business days
Toll-free numbers: Typically 3-7 business days

During the Port

Your number continues to work with your current provider until the port completes.
DreamFlow provisions a temporary number so you can start using calling and SMS immediately.
When the port completes, the temporary number is automatically replaced with your ported number.
You receive an email and in-app notification when the port is complete.

Warning: Do not cancel your account with your current provider until the port is fully complete. Canceling early can cause the port to fail and you may lose the number.

Tip: If the port is rejected, the most common reason is a mismatch between the name/address on the LOA and what your current provider has on file. Double-check every field.
