Can DreamFlow actually replace HubSpot, Mailchimp, and my other tools?

Yes. DreamFlow includes CRM, email marketing, SMS campaigns, VoIP calling, proposals with e-signatures, invoicing, automations, live chat, calendar booking, forms, reporting, and an AI assistant — all in one platform. Most customers replace 4-8 separate tools. Everything is built-in, not stitched together with integrations.

How do I move my data from my current CRM?

We connect directly to HubSpot, GoHighLevel, and ActiveCampaign, and import a CSV export from anything else (Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Mailchimp). Scale and Agency plans include guided migration support — we'll help you move contacts, deals, templates, and history. Most migrations take less than a day.

Are there contracts or hidden fees?

No contracts — cancel anytime from your billing settings. No hidden usage fees either. Every plan includes email, SMS, and calling credits upfront. If you hit a limit, usage pauses and you choose whether to add a credit pack or upgrade. Nothing ever charges automatically without your explicit consent.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, meaning each organization's data is completely isolated. We never sell or share your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade instantly and get prorated credit for your current billing period. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current period. No penalties, no hoops.

What can Sally, the AI assistant, actually do?

Sally handles chat auto-replies, call transcription, email writing, proposal generation, lead scoring, form spam detection, and daily business briefings. Background AI (transcription, scoring, spam detection) runs automatically at no cost. On-demand generation (writing emails, creating proposals) uses AI credits included in your plan.

I run an agency. Can my clients each have their own workspace?

Yes. The Agency plan ($499/mo) includes 10 sub-accounts with full white-label support — your brand, your domain, your colors. Each client gets their own isolated workspace. You can manage them all from one dashboard and resell at your own prices.

What if DreamFlow doesn't work for me?

The Usage Dashboard gives you a real-time view of how your team is consuming email, SMS, calling, and AI credits against your plan limits.

Steps

Navigate to Settings > Billing > Usage (or click the usage indicator in the sidebar).
You will see usage bars for each resource:
- Emails — Sent this billing period vs. your plan limit
- SMS — Messages sent this period vs. limit
- Calling — Minutes used this period vs. limit
- AI Credits — Credits consumed this period vs. limit
- Contacts — Total contacts vs. your plan cap
Click any resource to see a daily breakdown chart showing usage patterns over the billing period.

Reading the Dashboard

Green bar — Under 75% usage. You are in good shape.
Yellow bar — 75-90% usage. Consider purchasing credit packs or upgrading.
Red bar — Over 90% usage. You are approaching your limit.

Tip: Check the daily chart to spot unusual spikes. If you see a sudden jump in SMS usage, it might indicate an automation sending more messages than expected.
