After sending a campaign, the analytics dashboard gives you a clear picture of how it performed. Use these metrics to refine your messaging and improve future campaigns.
Viewing Campaign Analytics
- Navigate to Marketing > Campaigns.
- Click any sent campaign to open its detail page.
- The analytics dashboard shows:
- Open rate: Percentage of recipients who opened the email.
- Click rate: Percentage who clicked at least one link.
- Bounce rate: Percentage of emails that could not be delivered.
- Unsubscribe rate: Percentage who opted out after receiving the email.
Understanding Your Metrics
- Good open rate: 20-40% depending on industry and list quality.
- Good click rate: 2-5% is typical. Higher indicates strong content and clear CTAs.
- High bounce rate: Above 5% suggests stale or invalid email addresses in your list. Clean your list regularly.
- Unsubscribes: Some unsubscribes are normal. A spike suggests misaligned content or frequency.
Tip
Compare campaigns over time to spot trends. If open rates are declining, try different subject lines or send times. If click rates drop, review your content and call-to-action placement.
