Security Settings help you protect your DreamFlow account and your team's data. Review these settings periodically — especially after team changes.
Password Management
- Navigate to Settings > Security.
- To change your password, click Change Password.
- Enter your current password, then your new password (minimum 8 characters, mix of letters and numbers).
- Click Update Password.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
- In Security Settings, find the Two-Factor Authentication section.
- Click Enable 2FA.
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password).
- Enter the 6-digit code from your app to confirm.
- Save your backup codes in a secure location — you will need these if you lose access to your authenticator.
Active Sessions
- View all devices and browsers currently logged into your account.
- Click Revoke next to any session to log it out immediately.
- Click Revoke All Other Sessions to log out everywhere except your current browser.
Warning: If you suspect unauthorized access, immediately: (1) change your password, (2) revoke all sessions, (3) enable 2FA. Contact us at support@dreamflowcrm.com if you need help.
Tip: We strongly recommend enabling 2FA for all Admin and Owner accounts. It adds a critical layer of protection for your business data.
