No. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial on the Scale tier — full access to every feature, no credit card required. We only ask for payment info on day 14 if you want to continue.

Can DreamFlow actually replace HubSpot, Mailchimp, and my other tools?

Yes. DreamFlow includes CRM, email marketing, SMS campaigns, VoIP calling, proposals with e-signatures, invoicing, automations, live chat, calendar booking, forms, reporting, and an AI assistant — all in one platform. Most customers replace 4-8 separate tools. Everything is built-in, not stitched together with integrations.

How do I move my data from my current CRM?

We connect directly to HubSpot, GoHighLevel, and ActiveCampaign, and import a CSV export from anything else (Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Mailchimp). Scale and Agency plans include guided migration support — we'll help you move contacts, deals, templates, and history. Most migrations take less than a day.

Are there contracts or hidden fees?

No contracts — cancel anytime from your billing settings. No hidden usage fees either. Every plan includes email, SMS, and calling credits upfront. If you hit a limit, usage pauses and you choose whether to add a credit pack or upgrade. Nothing ever charges automatically without your explicit consent.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, meaning each organization's data is completely isolated. We never sell or share your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade instantly and get prorated credit for your current billing period. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current period. No penalties, no hoops.

What can Sally, the AI assistant, actually do?

Sally handles chat auto-replies, call transcription, email writing, proposal generation, lead scoring, form spam detection, and daily business briefings. Background AI (transcription, scoring, spam detection) runs automatically at no cost. On-demand generation (writing emails, creating proposals) uses AI credits included in your plan.

I run an agency. Can my clients each have their own workspace?

Yes. The Agency plan ($499/mo) includes 10 sub-accounts with full white-label support — your brand, your domain, your colors. Each client gets their own isolated workspace. You can manage them all from one dashboard and resell at your own prices.

What if DreamFlow doesn't work for me?

Cancel anytime during your trial — no charge, no questions. If you cancel a paid plan, you keep access through the end of your billing period. We also offer free data export so you're never locked in. We'd rather earn your business every month than trap you with a contract.

Recently Deleted & Data Recovery

Accidents happen. When you delete a contact, deal, task, or other record in DreamFlow, it goes to the Recently Deleted page where it stays for 30 days before permanent removal. You can restore any record during that window.

Steps

Navigate to Settings > Recently Deleted.
Browse or search for the record you want to recover. Records are sorted by deletion date (most recent first).
Click Restore next to any record to bring it back. The record returns to its original location with all data intact — activity logs, tags, deals, and notes are preserved.
To permanently delete a record before the 30-day window, click Delete Permanently. This action cannot be undone.

Warning

After 30 days, records are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. If you need a longer retention period, use Data Export to create regular backups.
