Yes. DreamFlow includes CRM, email marketing, SMS campaigns, VoIP calling, proposals with e-signatures, invoicing, automations, live chat, calendar booking, forms, reporting, and an AI assistant — all in one platform. Most customers replace 4-8 separate tools. Everything is built-in, not stitched together with integrations.

How do I move my data from my current CRM?

We connect directly to HubSpot, GoHighLevel, and ActiveCampaign, and import a CSV export from anything else (Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Mailchimp). Scale and Agency plans include guided migration support — we'll help you move contacts, deals, templates, and history. Most migrations take less than a day.

Are there contracts or hidden fees?

No contracts — cancel anytime from your billing settings. No hidden usage fees either. Every plan includes email, SMS, and calling credits upfront. If you hit a limit, usage pauses and you choose whether to add a credit pack or upgrade. Nothing ever charges automatically without your explicit consent.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, meaning each organization's data is completely isolated. We never sell or share your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade instantly and get prorated credit for your current billing period. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current period. No penalties, no hoops.

What can Sally, the AI assistant, actually do?

Sally handles chat auto-replies, call transcription, email writing, proposal generation, lead scoring, form spam detection, and daily business briefings. Background AI (transcription, scoring, spam detection) runs automatically at no cost. On-demand generation (writing emails, creating proposals) uses AI credits included in your plan.

I run an agency. Can my clients each have their own workspace?

Yes. The Agency plan ($499/mo) includes 10 sub-accounts with full white-label support — your brand, your domain, your colors. Each client gets their own isolated workspace. You can manage them all from one dashboard and resell at your own prices.

Zapier and Make (formerly Integromat) let you connect DreamFlow to thousands of other apps without writing code. Use webhook triggers to send DreamFlow data out, and webhook actions to push data in.

How It Works

DreamFlow provides outgoing webhooks that fire when events happen in your workspace. You configure these webhooks as triggers in Zapier or Make, then build automations that connect to any other app.

Available Webhook Triggers

Contact created -- fires when a new contact is added
Deal stage changed -- fires when a deal moves in your pipeline
Form submitted -- fires when someone fills out a DreamFlow form
Task completed -- fires when a task is marked done
Email received -- fires when an email arrives in your connected inbox

Setting Up a Zapier Zap

Go to Settings > Integrations > Webhooks.
Click Add Webhook and select the trigger event.
Copy the webhook URL that DreamFlow generates.
In Zapier, create a new Zap and choose Webhooks by Zapier as the trigger.
Paste the DreamFlow webhook URL.
Add your desired action (e.g., create a row in Google Sheets, send a Slack message).
Test and activate your Zap.

Setting Up a Make Scenario

Follow steps 1-3 above to get your webhook URL from DreamFlow.
In Make, create a new scenario and add a Webhooks module as the trigger.
Paste the DreamFlow webhook URL.
Add action modules for your desired workflow.
Activate the scenario.
