Can DreamFlow actually replace HubSpot, Mailchimp, and my other tools?

Yes. DreamFlow includes CRM, email marketing, SMS campaigns, VoIP calling, proposals with e-signatures, invoicing, automations, live chat, calendar booking, forms, reporting, and an AI assistant — all in one platform. Most customers replace 4-8 separate tools. Everything is built-in, not stitched together with integrations.

How do I move my data from my current CRM?

We connect directly to HubSpot, GoHighLevel, and ActiveCampaign, and import a CSV export from anything else (Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Mailchimp). Scale and Agency plans include guided migration support — we'll help you move contacts, deals, templates, and history. Most migrations take less than a day.

Are there contracts or hidden fees?

No contracts — cancel anytime from your billing settings. No hidden usage fees either. Every plan includes email, SMS, and calling credits upfront. If you hit a limit, usage pauses and you choose whether to add a credit pack or upgrade. Nothing ever charges automatically without your explicit consent.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, meaning each organization's data is completely isolated. We never sell or share your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade instantly and get prorated credit for your current billing period. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current period. No penalties, no hoops.

What can Sally, the AI assistant, actually do?

Sally handles chat auto-replies, call transcription, email writing, proposal generation, lead scoring, form spam detection, and daily business briefings. Background AI (transcription, scoring, spam detection) runs automatically at no cost. On-demand generation (writing emails, creating proposals) uses AI credits included in your plan.

I run an agency. Can my clients each have their own workspace?

Yes. The Agency plan ($499/mo) includes 10 sub-accounts with full white-label support — your brand, your domain, your colors. Each client gets their own isolated workspace. You can manage them all from one dashboard and resell at your own prices.

What if DreamFlow doesn't work for me?

Cancel anytime during your trial — no charge, no questions. If you cancel a paid plan, you keep access through the end of your billing period. We also offer free data export so you're never locked in. We'd rather earn your business every month than trap you with a contract.

Connecting Your Custom Domain

A custom domain gives your DreamFlow-powered pages (booking pages, forms, help center) a professional look with your own brand URL instead of a generic DreamFlow subdomain.

Before You Start

A registered domain name you control
Access to your domain's DNS settings (usually at your registrar: GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, etc.)
Admin or Owner role in DreamFlow

Step 1: Add Your Domain in DreamFlow

Go to Settings > Custom Domain.
Enter the domain or subdomain you want to use (e.g., crm.yourcompany.com).
Click Add Domain. DreamFlow will display the DNS records you need to add.

Step 2: Configure DNS Records

Add these records at your DNS provider:

CNAME record: Point your subdomain (e.g., crm) to the target DreamFlow provides (e.g., custom.dreamflowcrm.com).
TXT record (verification): Add the verification TXT record DreamFlow displays to prove domain ownership.

Note

DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to propagate, though most providers update within 15 minutes. DreamFlow will check automatically and notify you when verification is complete.

Step 3: SSL Certificate

DreamFlow automatically provisions a free SSL certificate for your custom domain once DNS verification passes. No manual action needed -- HTTPS is enabled automatically.

Step 4: Verify and Go Live

Return to Settings > Custom Domain.
Click Verify Domain. If DNS has propagated, you will see a green Active badge.
Visit your custom domain in a browser to confirm it loads your DreamFlow pages.

Tip

Use a subdomain like crm.yourcompany.com rather than your apex domain. Subdomains use CNAME records which are simpler to configure and more reliable for custom domains.

Troubleshooting

Domain not verifying: Double-check that both the CNAME and TXT records are added correctly. Use dnschecker.org to confirm propagation.
SSL not working: SSL provisioning can take up to 10 minutes after DNS verification. If it does not resolve, disconnect and reconnect the domain.
