Calendar integration powers scheduling, booking pages, and appointment tracking in DreamFlow. Connect Google Calendar to keep everything in sync.
Connecting Google Calendar
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
- Find Google Calendar and click Connect.
- Sign in with your Google account and grant calendar permissions.
- Choose which calendars to sync (you can select multiple).
- Click Save. Two-way sync begins immediately.
What Syncs
- DreamFlow → Google: Appointments and meetings created in DreamFlow appear on your Google Calendar.
- Google → DreamFlow: Events on your Google Calendar are used to check availability. Busy times block your booking page slots.
Booking Page Defaults
- Navigate to Settings > Calendar.
- Configure your default booking page settings:
- Available hours — When contacts can book meetings with you
- Meeting duration — Default length (15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes)
- Buffer time — Gap between consecutive meetings
- Advance notice — Minimum time before a meeting can be booked
- Click Save Defaults.
Tip: Add a 15-minute buffer between meetings to give yourself prep time. Your future self will thank you.
